Custom plasma builds
CNC plasma tables built around the cutting workflow
IKODB builds custom CNC plasma systems where the table, motion hardware, torch process, controls, CAD/CAM, and operator workflow are developed together.
A plasma build can include the machine frame, gantry, drives, control cabinet, torch support, post processor, IKOCADCAM setup, operator screens, and commissioning checks needed to move from drawing to finished parts.
What the build includes
Custom plasma systems are specified around the material, part sizes, cutting process, operator skill level, shop space, and expected production rhythm. The result is a machine that fits the work instead of a table that has to be adapted after delivery.
Mechanical system
Table sizing, gantry layout, axis hardware, torch mounting, cable routing, and serviceable machine structure.
Controls
Motion control, IO, cabinet layout, limit switches, operator controls, drive setup, and commissioning checks.
Cutting process
Torch support, pierce and cut workflow, kerf setup, lead-in strategy, cut ordering, and test-part validation.
Software workflow
IKOCADCAM setup, post processor configuration, job preparation, file handling, and operator handoff.
Designed for repeatable cutting
Plasma machines need more than coordinated motion. IKODB pays attention to the complete job path: import or draw the part, apply kerf and leads, post clean G-code, load the machine, verify setup, run the cut, and recover cleanly when a job is interrupted.
